Our tasks as a care-taker and facility managers include taking care of the property on behalf of the homeowners and to ensure cleanliness, safety and operability of both facilities and equipment.
We can perform all basic care and simple repair works that do not require permission or approval for workmanship. In general these include most handyman tasks. They are confined to identifying minor faults or damage, to possibly fixing them and assessing whether a craftsman should be called.
